Abstract
This document specifies the determination and confirmation method of clenbuterol and ractopamine residues in foodstuffs of animal origin by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This document is applicable to the determination and confirmation of clenbuterol and ractopamine residues in foodstuffs of animal origin such as muscle, viscera and milk.
